Refund Policy

Condition of Products

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, not open, and is in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Timeframe

Our Refund policy is valid for 14 days from when your purchase was delivered.

Any refund request after the 14 days timeframe will not be entertained.

* Take note that the exchange is subjected to stock availability. All promotional items, exchange, or refund is not applicable.

To request for a refund:

Contact us via Whatsapp: 9159 7478 or Email: hello@singaporelite.com to request a refund with the order number, picture of the items to be refunded, and reason for the refund.

Upon approval, we will calculate the refund amount.

Customers will have to return the items to our warehouse within 7days upon request.

Customers may choose and exchange other Singapore Lite products equivalent to the refund amount.
